❁ Returns / Exchanges ❁
I do not offer refunds unless your item is damaged/faulty. I accept size exchanges for made to order pieces, however return postage must be purchased by the customer. I always suggest getting tracked postage back to me if you do need to return something for exchange.
One off piece sales are final and can not be returned.
❁ Order Missing ❁
Please message me either on Instagram or through email if you believe your order is missing and I will try my best to resolve this! All of my clothing orders are tracked and insured to minimise this happening as much as possible!
❁ My order is damaged ❁
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with pictures of the damage. I will always do my best to assist you!
❁ International Custom Charges ❁
Customs charges are not covered by me, this is your responsibility as a customer to cover.
❁ Respect and Kindness ❁
I will always talk to anyone with respect and kindness, I appreciate the same back! If you are rude or nasty, I will not reply and may block you. I will always try and help you with a problem/issue with your order if you simply message me, there is absolutely need to be rude, it just makes me not want to help you!
❁ Material and Labour Sourcing ❁
All the materials I use to create my clothing are vegan and organic. Most labour is carried out by me, in my home studio. Anything manufactured outside of here is done in ethical and usually UK based manufacturers. Any outside of the UK manufacturers are vetted to insure I only work with ethical and fair factories.
